At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your awning or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the awning in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included.
Schedule Collection
For large motorized units, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
