What is the difference between manual and electric awnings?
Manual awnings are operated using a hand-turned crank, offering a budget-friendly and reliable solution. Electric awnings feature an integrated motor for push-button extension and can be upgraded with wind sensors for automatic retraction.
How long does shipping take for standard orders?
Most in-stock awnings are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Primrose Awnings waterproof?
Our awnings are made from high-density, water-resistant polyester or acrylic fabrics. While they provide excellent protection against light rain and drizzle, we recommend retracting them during heavy storms or high winds to prevent damage.
Can I install the awning myself?
Yes, all our awnings come with a comprehensive DIY installation kit and step-by-step instructions. However, because the units can be heavy, we recommend having at least two people available for the mounting process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-sized awnings are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Primrose Awning comes with a standard 2-year warranty covering the frame and fabric durability. Our premium ranges often include extended coverage for up to 5 years.
